Incorporate tomatoes, capsicum, and salt into the pan, and add some water to cook the vegetables. Blend this mixture into a puree and season it with spices according to your taste preferences. Add a cashew nut paste to thicken the gravy and continue cooking until it reaches a dense consistency. Finally, add paneer cubes and chopped coriander leaves to complete the dish.

Paneer on toast: This is a great breakfast that you can make in a jiffy. Firstly, heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and tomatoes until they are soft. Add crumbled paneer and salt to the pan, mixing everything well before transferring it to a bowl. Place two slices of bread in the pan and spread the paneer mixture evenly on top of them. Cover the pan and cook the toast for 2-3 minutes until the bread is toasted and the paneer mix is heated through.
